A simple addon to allow the modification of the pterodactyl config messages.

All configuration is done in the file, an admin UI may come in a future release though.

**This addon includes:**

* Setting the command prefix

* Setting the disk checking message

* Setting the file perms check message

* Setting the docker container image pull messages

* Setting the starting/started/offline messages
