Update Auto-Installer Code

This update was updated for Pterodactyl 1.10.x

There are some new core changes to the installer. After updating with `php artisan carbon:install` type in `php artisan carbon help` for more info
- Fixed some design changes with buttons

Updated support for Pterodactyl 1.9.1 :white_check_mark:
Removed unused files
Brand new Console layout
Fixed other design changes
